The company also provides system management and contractual service. The services are grouped into six broad categories.
Management and Contractual Labor Agreements
The company provides system management and contractual labor for businesses, local governments and school districts that are not large enough to hire an in-house IT staff. Many times it is more cost-effective for an organization to contract for professional services rather than hire or train employees. Service agreements include network installation/maintenance, hardware repair/maintenance, firewall installation/maintenance and research/consultation for new services or upgrades.
Service
Service is becoming more and more important to customers as they select a computer. Every computer ever built will eventually need service. As a customer-focused business, ITS has developed a complete diagnostic and repair department for any computer. ITS technicians are certified through a variety of sources such as Microsoft Certification, A+ Hardware Certification, Acer Server and Desktop Certification, Novel Network Certification, Apple Service Certification and HP Printer, Desktop and Server Certification.
Warranty Work
ITS is an Acer, HP and Compaq Authorized Warranty Service Center and is affiliated with nationwide contract warranty providers. Warranty work is similar to service work, but at the cost of the manufacturer.
Upgrades
Differentiated from “service” or “warranty,” which is basically the process of fixing something that is not working correctly, upgrades and reconfigurations focus on making something working properly even better. As technology moves continuously forward, the ability to upgrade a PC system is an important part of being a full-service PC service center.
Networking
A growing segment of the information market is networking, the process of connecting two or more PCs in a business, school or home environment. Network installation involves in-depth consulting, proper development of hardware, installation, system setup, testing and troubleshooting. Network installation is a growing phase of the business. ITS offers both wire and wireless, and fiber network systems.

A new service offered includes the hosting, domain purchasing, and website development for businesses and individuals. The opportunities are endless with the Web Development service offered.
